Regular Toronto residential collection is not set up for construction material. Drywall, concrete, brick, large volumes of lumber, tile and demolition debris aren’t part of curbside pickup, and a bin full of renovation waste will simply be left. Beyond that, it’s heavy — a small bathroom demo produces more weight than most people expect, and weight is what matters at a transfer station.
